Chet Porter, otherwise known as the lone Canadian representative at the Moving Castle Collective, has just released his second single of the year and it couldn’t possibly have come at a better time!
“tbh ily” was released in time for both Valentine’s Day and Chet Porter’s birthday (happy birthday Chet!) – both of which have sadly passed. This instrumental track is about as bright and vibrant as they come and also features offbeat percussion, a feature which is about as technically difficult to properly full of as it is rare in song nowadays. Suffice to say, Chet really kills that off-beat intro which paves the way for the song to spiral into the aural equivalent of a spring awakening.
