Music on the political campaign trail is an important factor in getting your crowd ready for a major announcement or speech; and though it will likely not shift any opinions in the future, it’s an important piece of the puzzle that’s not to be overlooked.
Hillary Clinton has just made her first step toward engaging with millennials by commissioning “Together” by Throttle, who just released a #1 collab with Oliver Heldens, for her campaign tour. Throttle has gained renown over the past few months for releasing the only official remix of Earth, Wind & Fire ever and topping charts with both that remix and his original with Heldens, “Waiting.”
While Republican candidates are getting snubbed by Swedish DJs, Hillary’s team seems able to go ahead full force and (try to) capitalize on the younger demographic.
