Now, hold your horses… before you get your pitchforks ready and start screaming about celebrities encroaching on the DJ scene, Connor Cruise has been a DJ since 2011, when he was 16. In fact, it seems he’s done a good job of avoiding using his (adoptive) parents, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, to get gigs.
Why bring all this up now? 
Well, Connor just celebrated his 21st birthday (which was actually on the 17th) by DJing at a club in San Francisco. He performed at the packed Temple Nightclub, though he says “being with all my friends and seeing all my family” was the best gift he could have asked for.
Connor just recently released a track on Spinnin Records via their sister label Oxygen, which you can check out below. This is Connor’s first release on an established label, so congrats are in order, but we definitely hoped that it wouldn’t be something so one dimensional. With the resources at his disposal, we honestly believe that he can do better.
