Take a Journey Through Space With “The Interns Present: To The Moon and Back”

While producers and artists garner the most attention from the casual music fan, there’s no denying that there is a very real, and much-needed, group of tastemakers, who are known for their expert curation, that command the spotlight. People like Pete Tong and Zane Lowe have built their reputations around their tremendous knack for finding the latest and greatest music and being the first to share it with the masses, all without a strong production background. LA newcomers, The Interns, are quickly following the footsteps of these revered tastemakers, building a loyal following with their expertly curated mix series, “The Interns Presents:” and playlist, “Industry Analysis.” Since making their debut, The Interns have been spreading their brand of feel-good house and techno up and down the West Coast, playing sets at Electric Daisy Carnival and Holy Ship!.

For their first offering of the year, The Interns have delivered the latest episode of their mix series, “The Interns Presents: To The Moon and Back.” The hour-long mix features some of the best, handpicked house and techno cuts, like Hot Since 82’s “Damage,” that are loaded with vibes for the long trek to the unknown. Check out the mix below.

1/29 – EOS Lounge w/ Christian Martin – Santa Barbara, CA
1/30 – The Gallery @ Exchange w/ Chromeo – Los Angeles, CA
