We asked our readers on the 19th to vote for their favorite albums of 2015. We aren’t ones to purport that our word is royal decree, of course, and we were interested to see which records our readers were listening to the most this year.
The results are pretty indicative of the wider range of dance music, and even more so of trends in the charts. Obvious chart-toppers like Jack U and Major Lazer placed high, but there were definitely some standouts, as well.
In first place was the collaborative album Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü. In second place, we have Zedd’s True Colors, followed by Avicii’s Stories, Madeon’s Adventure, and Hardwell’s United We Are rounding out the top 5.
You can see the results below, out of a total of 3,483 votes. Jack Ü received the most votes with 684.
