As festival culture takes over the world, more and more new regions have jumped on the festival train to start new events. The Caribbean seems like a perfect fit for festivals; people already travel to the region for regular vacations, and adding festivals to the mix only enhances the area’s appeal. A new festival, the SXMusic Festival, will take place on the Saint Martin island of the Caribbean in early March in 2016, and the festival recently announced its second phase of artists.
SXMusic Festival adds some of the best in tech and deep house for its second phase, including Guy Gerber, Apollonia, Maceo Plex, Danny Daze, M.A.N.D.Y., previous Art Department member Kenny Glasglow and more. They add to an already stacked lineup, comprised of artists such as DJ Tennis, Jamie Jones, Dubfire, Lee Burridge, and more. The festival runs from March 9-13th, and will include rare and intimate DJ sets from numerous artists on its house-friendly lineup. Head over to the SXMusic Festival website to purchase tickets.
