Social media is an integral part in dance music these days, whether you like it or not. Information is shared between fans at the speed of light, and being connected at the source is the quickest way to know what’s going on.
Unfortunately, some people want to take advantage of that and have some fun for themselves.
In July, Skrillex had his Facebook hacked and it began to show links to porn. The same sort of deal happened today with the Swedish House Mafia and Alesso pages – except it was all about Miley Cyrus. Fortunately, the posts were taken down quickly before the news spread, unlike the Skrillex story. You can take a look at some of the images below. Beware, they might be not safe for work.
