Reborn from the stems of a set of brilliant productions from Pola & Bryson, Soulvent Records has returned with a genius batch of remixes from some of liquid drum and bass’s most talented artists. Focussing solely on Arch Origin’s touch of “Bad Habit” is hard as all of the four are fantastic representations of the current state of liquid, but i’ll try my best.
Tuning a roller just right to the energy of the entire song is always difficult- but remixing an already stunning production such as the original, while adding your own artistic characteristics is even more difficult. Arch Origin provides a flawless example of how to remix a song- while still centralizing on the key aspects that define a song. Keep an eye on this crew, as there’s only success and marvelous music in their horizons.
