Eclypse Records is closing out the year with a bang! The label – started by Josh Soon and Aden Forte of Feenixpawl and Producer Jason Forte – has already shown signs of tremendous growth in only eight months. Its first release “Ghosts” currently sits at #17 on the Billboard Dance chart while “Blue Sky” holds the #28 spot on the Mediabase charts. But it’s not just their personal successes that makes this label great – the trio have been incredible at finding unknown talent, as evidenced in DeColt’s “More Funk” and today’s premiere “Aurum” from Def Rock.
Hailing from Kazakhstan, Def Rock has already received support from Avicii, David Guetta, Martin Garrix and more. “Aurum” is sure to show up in many playlists and podcasts, as it has a simple, synthy intro, similar to tunes from Fedde Le Grand. Most importantly, instead of a big electro house drop, “Aurum” keeps the track chugging along with the same hypnotic rhythm, but never fails to lose your attention. It’s the perfect tune for both a warmup set or a Vegas nightclub headliner.
