Bringing some pretty special sounds out of Singapore this week is MMXJ, a self-taught musician who is showing some real promise. Having firstly stumbled into music by picking up a guitar, he later went on to reach the finals of Singapore Idol. It was the likes of Alesso and Swedish House Mafia who turned his attention onto house music, and since then he has been hard at work.
This week he has brought out ‘Into The Wild’ through Warner Music Singapore – a musically rich and deeply melodic set of ten tracks. It also sees a number of collaborations with local artists – our favourites include ‘Hold On’ ft. MYRNE and the euphoric ‘Heal’ ft. Reuby.
