Electric Forest has presented itself as one of the year’s leading music festivals for the past five years, and 2015’s edition was absolutely no different. With headlining sets from Skrillex, Flume, Bassnectar, Kaskade and Big Gigantic, you know that the fest was attempting to appeal to everyone (except trance, sorry trance).
Still, annual Foresters know that the highlights of the weekend are the three sets from The String Cheese Incident, a jam band from Colorado formed in 1993. Every night, they bring out special guests – this year, Skrillex performed guitar on an impromptu cover of The Doors’ “Break On Through.”
Now, The String Cheese Incident has released their own HD video recordings of the performances from Electric Forest, including Skrillex and Big Gigantic’s Dom Lalli.
