Indiana-based duo PRXZM have just released their most recent original track, this time in the form of a melodic-turned-gnarly dubstep anthem called “The Night.” Following on the heels of their collaborative track with Borgore, their ever-expanding fanbase can rest easy once again with some new heat. It’s currently available for free download here.
The song begins with vocalist Emma Maidenberg’s chopped syllables alongside an uplifting piano ballad. Eventually, a short swell brings us into the drop: a grimy cascade of growling synths and tight, hard-hitting percussion. The elements fade away to bring the vocals back into the picture, while a soft, pulsating tone carries underneath. The rise begins once again introducing us back into a drop similar to the first, this time with newfound energy and meaning.
