Herobust has been on such a grind lately. For up-and-coming bass artists, he’s definitely one to keep your eye out for. Other than his remix of Post Malone’s “White Iverson” which I absolutely adored, he’s got this new EP coming out soon. On that EP is this tune, “Smother Shit.”
This is that magical middle ground that your pappy always tells you about, that spot between old school wonky dubstep and high-pitched, phaser brostep. It’s heavy as fuck, and totally unapologetic about it. If you blow out your eardrums listening to it, that’s your problem, but you’ll be happy about it.
