R. Kelly’s “Ignition” will always go down as one of those timeless classic party tracks that will most probably last for awhile, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with giving it a new modern brush up – which is exactly what producerWho Cares has done here.
What’s funny about that is that Who Cares is known for house music – this might very well be his first foray into future bass, but judging by this track you could have been forgiven for mistaking him as a seasoned pro. The way he’s managed to incorporate future bass elements and keep the sexy vibe of the track is one of the reasons that this track first popped out to me as super fresh. Bonus points for the bed squeak around the two-minute mark, very jersey club indeed.
