Once a grassroots festival located in the heart of Chicago, Lollapalooza has become one of the most widely-recognized festival brands in the United States, if not the world. The festival expanded to Europe and South America recently, bringing top-tier talent to global stages. This includes EDM artists, who now receive top billing at many of these events.
Lollapalooza’s flagship South American events, Lollapalooza Argentina, Lollapalooza Brazil, and Lollapalooza Chile, announced their 2015 lineups, and they include a wide range of artists, bands, and DJs. Representing EDM are the Skrillex and Diplo outfit Jack Ü (who receives top billing over bands like Mumford & Sons), Zedd, Kaskade, RL Grime, ODESZA, and more. Other big names on the lineups include Eminem, Florence + The Machine, Snoop Dogg, Die Antwoord, and many more.
