Karma Fields – Skyline [Monstercat]

With one release, Karma Fields became one of the most hyped artists in Monstercat history.

With “Build The Cities,” Karma Fields stood atop Tristam, Braken, Pylot and other anonymous producers on the label thanks to the guerrilla marketing tactics of the label, and the immense quality of the work itself. That one single spawned a massive remix EP from a large group of established and budding producers, further evidencing that Monstercat had more up its sleeve than they were letting on.

Today, we get the second single track from Karma Fields, entitld “Skyline.” With an uncredited vocalist, we’re treated to tender soft words and melodies amidst an atmospheric synth line. The drop itself falls into place like butter with an ethereal quality, carrying an almost deadmau5 nature to it.

The second song from Karma Fields, and we’re left with more questions than answers.
