If you’ve ever tuned into a Rinse FM show, you know they’re always chock full of new songs, especially ones that you may have missed while on the daily grind. This month, the always artful house-leaning specialist, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, is being hosted as a resident every Friday night on Rinse FM. His most recent show last Friday included the dirtybird don, Justin Martin, as a guest, and it was a stand out offering that followed a show with Artwork as the guest. Featuring an incredibly diverse palette of music from rap to funk and ripping techno, both editions were engaging from beginning to end, just as you would expect with a name like Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs at the helm.
Last Friday’s episode proved to be a special occasion as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs decided to premiere a brand new original song. This comes as a surprise as he’s largely just put out collaborations since his debut LP, Trouble, which was released three years ago, but we’re excited that he’s unveiled this new song. It’s a smooth, driving house number with atmospheric, UK vibes and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs’ most signature touch – his own vocals.
