Moving Castle just keeps finding ways to impress. Nearly every artist in the collective is killing it, whether its the OWSLA-signed Mark Johns, the multi-faceted Manila Killa, or the rising future bass phenom, Prince Fox.
After a summer of production, Chet Porter has established himself as one of Moving Castle’s most promising members, which is an impressive accolade for an artist of the collective. He made his debut appearance in his hometown of Toronto, on the last stop of Moving Castle’s Virtual Summer tour, and now, Chet Porter is ready to share the music that he has been working on all summer.
Porter’s latest effort combines two of dance music’s up-and-comers, as the Toronto native takes on Hitmane’s ear-candy tune, “Over U.” Porter’s remix of “Over U” hides behind a veil of shimmering synths and sparkling percussion arrangements, and dreamy xylophone melodies that gives his re-imagination a jaw-dropping beauty.
