Few artists have had a bigger summer than EDX has. The Swiss dance authority kicked off the warm weather strong with his chart-dominating remix of Sam Feldt’s “Show Me Love,” only to follow it up with yet another stand-out remix of Spada’s “Catchfire (Sun Sun Sun).” Now, EDX is back with his latest output to continue to ride his momentum and close out the summer strong, a remix of Robin Schulz’s “Sugar.”
At first listen, “Sugar” will send waves of nostalgia running through your body as Schulz samples Baby Bash’s 2003 r&b classic, “Suga Suga,” but infuses the track with a smooth groove perfect for the summer. On the remix, EDX layers a punchy bass line underneath Francesco Yates’ smooth top-line to turn “Sugar” into a dance floor heater that will have you moving before you know it. EDX’s remix of “Sugar” is out now on iTunes, Beatport, & Spotify.
