This Saturday, Claude VonStroke, the Martin Brothers, and all your favorite birds are flocking back to San Francisco, where it all began. Back then, the Dirtybird BBQ was a renegade affair held in the lush meadows of Golden Gate Park, with non-stop beats and their long-time pal Chris Wilson AKA Grillson serving up delicious grilled treats. Now, the BBQ is a full-on ticketed event that even makes occasional tours of the country; however, you can bet the vibes haven’t changed much. And this weekend’s stop on Treasure Island is sure to be an extra special occasion. In addition to Grillson and his massive arsenal of meat, multiple local food trucks and bars will be on deck to keep party-goers happy.
