My boy Tucker Kreway has been holding out on me…
It has been almost exactly eight months since I last wrote up something about him, his One EP for Kairos Audio. Though that was a brilliant showing of production and style for the young producer, I’m more than equally excited to present his latest single, “Don’t You Know.”
First off, I’ve always thought that Tucker’s sound design is one of the freshest of the younger generation of producers budding their way up right now. His ability to combine and manipulate sounds is at the level of Sex Whales, or even EH!DE or Dack Janiels. Secondly, while parts of this track have distinct similarities to guys like Must Die! or Zomboy, “Don’t You Know” still retains its own identity.
