Avicii and Faithless, two of the biggest names in dance music – ever – have combined for a long awaited refreshing remake of the latter’s classic hit, “Insomnia.” Together resulting in “Insomnia 2.0,” the Swedish house maestro molds the original song into a fresh new anthem with a gorgeous accompanying visual assemblage, which we have the pleasure of debuting for you today.
The iconic vocal performance displayed emits an incredible sensation of nostalgia for seasoned dance music connoisseurs and newly found fans alike; while the video in its whole serves to capture elements from both Bergling’s enchanting set at acclaimed international EDM festival Tomorrowland, and a packed revival show at Exit Fest from the legendary band, Faithless. This music video simply makes the best of both worlds.
