Duelle is not a group that I would normally write about. In general, the female duo finds itself among the more mainstream artists of main stages that I rarely visit. However, upon speaking with them and listening to a few of their more ambitious unreleased tracks, I’m beginning to change my mind.
And again, “ICE” is not a track that I would normally write about. Chalk it up to Duelle’s apparent growing complexity and talent in production, but what would seem like a typical deep house tune has some deep intricacies to it. Modified chord progressions, stunning vocal lines and a deep and flowing bassline all prove to be hearty weapons in this track’s effectiveness.
