Diplo Tries On Future House, But Does The Shoe Fit?

NO.

It’s really that simple. This is one of the most generic songs I’ve heard in ages, and coming from Diplo and label-mate Sleepy Tom I would expect quite a bit more. It’s not bad in terms of production, composition or melody, but it plays like a bland & mediocre future house remix that has me skipping along the waveform hoping to be impressed somewhere along the line. The only saving grace for this song are the vocals, which, of course, aren’t credited in the title.

Let me repeat this for all of you that will comment saying how I’m a terrible person for not liking this song: I’m not saying it’s bad – just generic and boring from the “Kanye West of EDM” who supposedly prides himself on his creativity. But, by all means, listen for yourself below and drop us a line with your thoughts… we really do care about what you think.
