Who is Toulouse? That’s the question I’m asking myself right now, other than it being a city in France, hinting at the producers’ geographic location, I have no clue who this is, and at the looks of things, he/she doesn’t want you to know who they are, even the titles aren’t conventional, so you bet that the sound is future and progressive, as in forward thinking.
