It’s been a minute since we have been dragged down into the dark depths of Justin Jay’s underground realm. His last offering came with his Momentum EP on Pets Recordings, however, the college graduate returns to his dirtybird home for a celebratory EP, Mom, I Graduated!. The first of two singles, “Hit It,” is a late-night stomper fortified with a consistent iron kick, a humming bass, and jaunty percussion accents sprinkled throughout. He may be fresh out college, but Justin Jay has an aptitude for making the most out of simple ingredients that is sure to continue pushing his career an additional step further each release. Mom, I Graduated will be out on September 14th via Dirtybird.
On top of this new EP, Justin Jay unveils his plans for his Mom, I Graduated World Tour that will be taking him everywhere from the Dirtybird Campout in Southern California to the UK across the pond and Brazil. Check out the dates below to see if he will be hitting a city near you.
