Although we do not know the identity behind the artist project Cignature yet, we do know that the producer behind the name must have some experience because both of their productions are out of this world. First surfacing with a remix of Fun.’s “Some Nights,” the mystique alias returns to our SoundCloud feeds with a tropical progressive remix of Ember Island’s cover of “Where Are Ü Now.”
Bedding the vocals with a bouncing, airy synth progression, Cignature does their best to keep the mood as light and playful as possible. The drop is definitely of progressive house nature, but Cignature overlays a dreamy, sun-soaked melody that we can’t help call ‘tropical progressive house.’ This track is perfect for the pool, late-night parties, and everything in between.
