TÂCHES’s artist project has always been a bit edgy. His style of deep house is suited for darker atmospheres whether that be the warehouse rave going until 11 AM or a rainy day where you just need a blue song. Regardless of his mood, you can always count on TÂCHES to deliver an elaborate piece of house superiority and “Eat Your Friends” is no different.
With vocalist Shoffy hopping on the top line, the British persona offsets his velvety croons with raspy organ progressions and a rhythmic bassline, splashing his trademark dinginess to the track. “Eat Your Friends” is a softer sounding piece from TÂCHES, but it still manages to scream his style. This is a track to bump late-night when you are trying to have your mind just wander into the deep depths of the universe.
