After Gabe Madway, an Instagram spokesperson, explained to TIME yesterday that “#EDM was being used to share content that violates our guidelines around nudity,” we all probably thought, “Okay, there are more pressing hashtags to consider, but we understand the decision.”
What we now don’t understand it that after just one day, Instagram has flipped and removed the ban. With over 11 million images with the hashtag, we can only think that the rabid community had something to do with this. So…
