Volt & State have had some impressive releases as of late and are quickly becoming two of the fastest rising artists in progressive house. With a number of releases on Nicky Romero’s label, as well as a collaboration with the man himself, the duo now has their own original that has just been released and it is remarkable.
Premiered during Nicky Romero’s set at Ultra, “Sandcastles” is the progressive anthem that the main stage begs for. Catchy, sing-along friendly vocals paired with grand chords, a great lead melody and a powerful drop make for one fantastic song. Volt & State somehow seem to top themselves with each release.
