Martha Stewart Interviews Justin Bieber About New Album And Skrillex & Diplo

I’ve read and seen some interesting interviews, but this is one of the most unexpected pairings for this year. Former television chef and entrepreneur Martha Stewart sat down for a Q&A session with pop star Justin Bieber. Although this looks like a more unlikely match than Donald Trump asking Rae Sremmurd about the success of “No Type”, let’s not forget that Martha dropped some savage burns on the Canadian singer/songwriter along with Snoop Dogg, Kevin Hart, and many more celebrities during a Comedy Central Roast.

During the interview, Martha asks Bieber about the Roast, when they first met backstage before going on David Letterman‘s show, Justin’s hometown, his musical influences, and more items. One of the biggest revelations with the Stewart/Bieber interview came towards the end where Justin opened up about his upcoming album and his collaborators for it. Towards the end of the interview and after talking about social media, Bieber shared that his new album will involve work with Skrillex and Diplo. Previously, the two electronic music producers were joined with Justin Bieber to create the current chart-topping hit “Where Are Ü Now” for the debut eponymous Jack Ü album.

He also revealed that his album will also involve the finer touches from hip-hop megastar Kanye West and mainstream, heavy-weight producer Rick Ruben. He also mentions, “I’m really not worried about when it’s finished, I just want it to be perfect, so we’re taking our time with it.” Although the album has no official release date or official artwork, it will be the followup to his 2014 album Journals which featured work with Diplo, R. KellyLil Wayne, Chance The Rapper, Big Sean, and more.
