Being a music producer gets to be an expensive occupation, as controllers, laptops, and programs generally sport high price tags. Add to that the salary of an underground artist and it becomes apparent that this is all pretty much impossible to replace at once.
Trap producer Alexander Lewis has just experienced every producer’s worst nightmare. Someone broke into his place and stole all his equipment, leaving him nothing but a few unfinished tracks. Alexander Lewis has taken to the internet to ask his fans and the EDM community for help. He’s uploaded three unfinished beats with an attached statement (after the jump), asking only for $1 for all of them. It should be pretty easy to give up $1 for this, as far as music goes that’s a steal (no pun intended). Check out the tracks below and click HERE to help a really talented guy get back on the scene.
Alexander Lewis’s words on the situation:
This past weekend I had break in and all of my music equipment was stolen. In an effort to replace the stuff I lost, I am putting these tracks up for sale. I realize that they are unfinished which is why I am only asking for $1. Anything will help! Thank you.
