Early this week, Deadmau5 made his hatred for the Marshmello remix of Jack Ü’s “Where Are Ü Now” ft. Justin Bieber public through a series of tweets. Though he admitted that it was the remix he loathed more than the original, he wasn’t a fan of either, based on his latest Soundcloud post. Cheekily titled “Where I’m At,” it sounds like Joel just put a recorder in his nose and hoped for the best, which in all honesty doesn’t sound too far from how Marshmello’s remix turned out. But all jokes aside, props to Joel and his production skills for recreating the back beat so quickly, just do us all a favor and don’t share that recorder with anyone if you did in fact use your nose to make this tune.
