When first debuted by Steve Angello during his set at Ultra this year, “Freedom” was quickly revealed to be the newest track from Chris Avantgarde and turned out being one of the highlights of that set. Chris’ first release on Size is now out, and it is among the top tier of songs that have appeared on the label.
One of the more unique sounding songs, “Freedom” opens with drum work reminiscent of an older era of house music. The track then leads into the build with a staggered synth melody, before reaching its full sounding climax with the help of a prominent and dynamic bassline.
“Freedom” is an incredible achievement for Chris and one of the best songs from Size Records.
