While the first day of Digital Dreams was unfortunately cancelled to do inclement weather, that didn’t stop the artists from seeking out afterparties to make up for lost time (and pay). Porter Robinson made his way to the Monstercat Label Showcase on Saturday night, but even artists whose schedules weren’t affected by the cancellation found ways to up the ante.
Right after their sets on Sunday, Martin Garrix and Zedd made their way to Tattoo to play a surprise set at the official afterparty where Adventure Club was headlining. The duo might have been in on it all along, alluding on Twitter to some special surprises, but I’m not sure anyone would have guessed this special b2b.

The past week has seen more surprise b2b sets and special surprises than a lot of people could dream of in a lifetime, but seeing as it’s not even July yet, we’re forced to wonder what the rest of the year has in store. After all, there are still plenty of top-tier festivals yet to happen.
