Although photos of their true identities have been leaked on several occasions, the mysterious french musical duo, Daft Punk, have yet to reveal their faces to the public in a manner such as this.
In Quentin Dupieux’s recent French film, Réality, Thomas Bangalter reveals his face for a brief cameo in which the a leading character slaps a newspaper out of his hands. Although only half of Daft Punk, with Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo’s face still absent from public affairs, this is a huge step for the mysterious robots.
Bangalter is displayed as bespectacled and has quite a lush beard, and looks like quite the normal guy, despite being a multimillionaire at the head of one of the most respected music groups in the world.
