EDC Vegas is stepping it up this year in several different regards, and food options just became one of them. Reigning as the biggest electronic music festival in the US, it’s only natural that it conveys our incessant love for a good bite. Chef Pasquale has certainly decked out the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with an incredibly diverse array of food trucks and dining stations. Café Terrace, a trendy new restaurant that will make its debut at the kineticFIELD – EDC’s striking main stage – will offer a three-course, fine dining experience for VIP and Marquee SkyDeck ticketholders. Along with the most successful food trucks from previous years, new additions such as organic-friendly ‘50 Shades of Green‘ and ‘Baby’s BadAss Burgers‘ will be sure to delight ravers.
Renowned Hollywood Chef Keven Lee is returning to the EDC kitchens once again, and I can tell you from past experience that this is astounding news. He’s gracing Café Terrace with his highly acclaimed culinary skills, and has already revealed some of the menu items – Hypnotic Tacos, Massive Attack Wagyu Style, and THE BOMB S’mores being just a few.
Guests are invited to arrive before the festivities start, or come and relax after each night to watch the sunrise. With an endless superfluity of dancing and sweating in sight, reservations for seated dinners have already become available. While they are not entirely necessary, it may be a good idea to make them while their still around, as festival-goers tend to be a ravenous bunch.
