Jonah Wei-Haas is back, separate this time from FutureFreqs, to bring a new kind of live performance to your attention.
Joining him are Nathan Navarro & Justin Conway, on bass and drums respectively, for their new tune “OG.” It mixes elements of classical jazz, dubstep and, of course, live instrumentation. With live instruments at a show, the ability for improvisation is of course increased ten fold. However even when you’ve got a clearly rehearsed performance for an official recording, it still looks way cooler than twisting some knobs.
