The Memorial Day Weekend Mysteryland USA daily countdown hit the single digits this week, and that’s a cause for some early celebrating, but what’s getting the excitement stirred up further is this new Music of Mystery mix from Sweater Beats. It’s fast, it’s furious, it’s so future, and it’s the perfect way to send you straight through your week into Memorial Day Weekend.
Sweater Beats is known for dabbling in waters less dabbled in, but his mix for Mysteryland USA takes it to a whole new level with 67 tracks jam-packed into an hour long confine. He also throws in some surprise tracks outside of his typical mold from Iggy Azalea to Gryffin to Kanye, Rihana & Paul McCartney in an attempt to really spice things up. This one is not for the pop-centric or mainstream fans but for those looking for a true example of creative tastemaking.
