About a month ago, an audio rip of a new remix that Skrillex was working on showed up on YouTube. Die-hard Skrillex fans would identify the original tune as GTA’s “Red Lips,” and it has been one of the most anticipated remixes from Skrillex for some time.
Just yesterday, Skrillex played Hangout Festival in Alabama and dropped what seems to be the final version of the remix. Taking to the mic and proclaiming that he’s got some new music for the crowd, we can be pretty certain that this will receive a release at some point – but we’re not nearly sure when.
The remix follows the same pattern we’ve been seeing in Skrillex’s remixes lately, like his “Bad Man” remix or his “Burial” remix with Trollphace. Check it out:
