As with most artists on Monstercat, Grabbitz’s debut netted him a significant number of followers and fanboys.
With his latest EP release, Friends, he’s sure to gain a lot more.
It’s not every day that you have an intro, outro and “short” transition on a 7-track EP. It leaves you with basically four fully fleshed out tunes, two of which had already been released. But in creating an EP, it does serve to give the tracks more space and pace it out much better. That is, instead of just hearing four tracks and two of them being familiar, you’re treated to more of an auditory experience than you might expect. 
The two newer tracks, “Friends” and “Way Too Deep” are more of the same. That is to say, excellently produced, breaking-the-mold bass music.
