With three releases now in the past three weeks, Lost Kings have been on a roll as of late. The duo has been alternating between different styles recently and that trend continues here. For the follow-up to their future house inspired remix of Thief’s “Crazy”, they have returned to their progressive house roots.
Their take on Coasts’ “Modern Love” has all the hallmarks of a great progressive house track. Catchy vocals and an upbeat production lay as the foundation for the song. The lead melody is fantastic and works to create a full and satisfying drop — of which there are three.
All the music created by this duo is tremendous, but their progressive works are something special. This is the kind of song that made people fall in love with them.
