The site of Steve Aoki’s latest caking is a bit unexpected. Last Friday, he put on a small performance at the Dodgers’ stadium before throwing the ceremonial first pitch. His presence at the game makes sense given his recent partnership with the Mayor of Los Angeles to throw a massive party.
Always one for shenanigans, Aoki warmed up with a cake toss before giving a shot at the real thing. As far as ceremonial first pitches go, it was still better than 50 Cent’s attempt.
