Pete Tong Inducts Avicii Into BBC Radio 1 Hall of Fame Tonight

It’s something of a renaissance for Avicii this year. The Swedish producer, who recently returned to performing following a extended haitus, has reached another milestone courtesy of Pete Tong. It was recently announced that the legendary radio host has chosen Avicii as the newest inductee to the BBC Radio 1 Hall of Fame, which airs live tonight on the famous British radio network. Avicii who made a name for himself at the turn of EDM with “Levels” and has always been on the cutting edge of dance music, especially with his latest studio album True. The ceremony takes place tonight at 8pm EST/1am GMT followed by an After Hours mix from Joseph Capriati.
