Kill The Noise is back and he’s bringing a friend.
His latest tune is a collaboration with Tommy Trash entitled “Louder,” featuring Rock City, and it absolutely smashes. It’s a new style for KTN that we haven’t really seen before, but we’re certainly enjoying it. With the addition of Rock City’s vocals, the tune takes on a very Prodigy-esque quality, complete with typical UK angst and fervor. The drop and electro rhythm are much like Feed Me’s latest work, with that deep squelchy bass synth and bouncy drum pattern.
Although this track seemingly takes influence from a variety of sources, it still feels undeniably KTN, with Tommy Trash bringing in a healthy dose of collaborative expertise.
Additionally, Kill The Noise and Tommy Trash will be going on a short tour together in May. With only 8 cities on the schedule, you’re lucky if you live in/near one of these major metropolitan areas. (Five of the stops are in California, with two in the upper northeast and one in Canada, leaving much of the midwest left behind.)
