Forget Life In Color, if you want a true traveling festival experience in America, you had better know about Mad Decent Block Party.
The festival run by Mad Decent and Diplo came under fire last year for their controversial kandi policies. However, in terms of music, last year still rocked. The lineup last year was absolutely stacked with various electronic acts and legends including longtime followers Zeds Dead and GTA, along with longtime favorites Wolfgang Gartner, Dillon Francis, Flosstradamus, Flume, and more; even Outkast made it out last year.
The lineup for this year is still unknown, but just like HARD, Mad Decent has their favorites and you can expect some repeat visitors. 
The pre-sale begins Monday, 4/13 with tickets starting at $25 available at maddecentblockparty.com with when general on-sale tickets becoming available 4/17. Though, remember, early bird tickets sold out in record time last year, so be sure to stay alert when pre-sale begins.
Also of note is that last date … Chicago. This is the first time since 2012 that the festival has returned to the Windy City, if you can remember the “riots” and general “lawlessness” of that year. Residents are likely more than ecstatic about the festival’s return, and we hope that they can appreciate when they’re being given a second chance. Check out the full dates below.
