The incredible progressive house hit “I Could Be The One” by Avicii & Nicky Romero has gone gold! According to Romero’s Instagram, at least. In a picture taken with the Nervo sisters, it’s obvious that the celebrations have already began.
Gold records signify over 500,000 copies sold, which is quite a feat. The record was initially released back in late 2012/early 2013, and made quite the impact; the attached official music video below is nearing 125 million plays. It’s a shining example of the sub-genre of progressive house, with gorgeous melodies riding alongside quintessential vocals and a memorable hook.
