Teen Makes $1200 A Night Throwing Underage Raves

When you’re in your teens, one of the most important things in your life is living up to the term “yolo” before your mid 20’s kick in and start defining the term hangover. Well that’s exactly what Melbourne teen Nick Stokes is doing by throwing Australia’s hottest underage parties.

Cashing in over $4000 a night, Nick Stokes runs his venture like a full on establishment. From hiring security to securing venues, Nick does all the logistics to get the party started. Primarily using Facebook as means to promote his gig, Nick has established a business that generates over 300 ticket sales a night and cashes in at $4500 per gig. After paying the staff their cut, Nick still walks away with close to $1200 in his pocket each night.

In an interview with the Herald Sun, Nick talks about his current venture:

“People have compared me to Corey Worthington but I don’t want to be associated with him — he’s not on my level. I’m much bigger than him. I’m the best at what I do. I think if I put my mind to it, I could be making much more money out of it. I think if I put my mind to it, I could be making much more money out of it. I could imagine that adults would be pretty mad about that, seeing as they work so hard all week for what I can make in one night.” – Nick Stokes

Being only 17, we have the utmost confidence that Nick will reach his goal of being top dog. Nick has a tough hill to climb to crawl out of Corey Worthington’s shadow who became famous when his interview went viral on the internet:
