Skrillex is on the absolute top of his game, collaborating with some of the biggest names in music under his personal moniker as well as with Diplo under super-duo Jack U. One thing that Sonny has yet to give up, despite super-stardom, are his collaborations with up and coming talent.
This particular collab is a primary example as he brought aboard the young, burgeoning bass house phenom Jauz to put together a monster of a track. Featuring the eccentric hype-man Fatman Scoop, this ID is one that both house lovers and bass heads will love. We can’t stress our excitement for this release and look forward to hearing a higher quality recording in the near future. In the meantime, check it out below and leave us your thoughts!
If you’re not familiar with Jauz, it’s time to change that. Innovating from the groundwork that AC Slater has laid with his self-titled “night bass,” the LA resident has reworked several classics, like Childish Gambino‘s “3005,” into deep & gritty dance-floor bangers that have seen millions of plays; and it suffices to say that this new preview excites us plenty for his future originals.
