Diplo took to Instagram yesterday to post a selfie with rock legend… let me stress again, legend: Robert Plant; the lead singer from Led Zeppelin.
Captioned “collab coming soon” I think I speak for us all when I say how truly astounded I am at this crossover. While Diplo and his duo project with Skrillex, Jack U, have taken to collaborating with a growing variety of artists, this is honestly one I didn’t expect. Could Plant’s idyllic vocals and Diplo’s production skill yield a collaboration of “Stairway To Heaven” proportions?
Time will only tell, but we do hope that it doesn’t land in the disappointment column.
